    • All rates are in USD per night and subject to 21% Mexican Government and Hospitality Taxes.

    • Maximum occupancy is 10 people in Villa Virginia, children included.

    • Minimum stay is 2 nights during Low Season and 3 nights during High Season.

    • Minimum stay is 3 nights during Holiday Season and 5 nights during Christmas & NY’s Season.

    • Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is at 11:00am.

    • Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and an extra fee may apply.

    • To guarantee your reservation, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking.

    • You will receive an online payment link from the email address reservation@link2saferpay.com to complete the payment.

    • Our Reservations Department, with the same address, will send you a separate payment link for the Security Deposit.

    • For Villa Virginia, a USD 1000 Security Deposit is required upon booking.

    • The Security Deposit will be refunded within the next 15 days after Check-out.

    • Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 or more days prior to the arrival date, with 100% refund.

    • No refund for cancellations done 30 or less days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for early departures or no-shows.

  • Following our booking policies, once you book with us:

    • #1 Accommodation Payment

      Within a couple of minutes after booking, you will receive a temporary online payment link from the email address payment@jashitacollection.com, to complete the payment for your accommodation.

    • #2 Security Deposit Payment

      Our Reservations Department, with the address reservation@link2saferpay.com, will send you a separate payment link for the Security Deposit.

    • Daily Chef Service covers a 12-hour availability period.

    • Daily Chef Service covers up to 10 Guests.

    • For Grocery Purchases, a 20% service charge will be added to the total of your bill, and an advance payment will be required, payable through an online payment link.

    • Upon arrival, your personal concierge will be waiting for you at the villa to welcome you.

    • As part of the check-in process, we kindly request that you sign our welcoming check-in form.

    • Additionally, a credit card will be required for exclusive use in case of incidental extra services managed by Jashita Luxury Villas.

  • Your Concierge will assist you and provide you with two sets of keys.

  • The parking space outside each villa is for two cars. If you have a third car, you can park it in the visitor’s area.

  • During your stay, we recommend that you properly use the house facilities and inventory. You will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, broken, or damaged house amenities. 

  • You, our registered guests, are the only ones who may use the villa and its facilities. External Guests may be invited only after notifying your Personal Concierge. 

  • Parties are prohibited, and a moderate noise level is a must during your stay.

  • If you’d like to smoke, please do it outdoors. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs inside the villa during your stay.

  • No pets are allowed.

  • When enjoying the villa’s rooftop, please be extremely careful and take all the necessary precautions.

  • Jashita Luxury Villas are exclusive for lodging.

  • In the event of loss, a USD 50 charge penalty will be applied for replacement of the keys, beach bags, and towels.

  • The guests are responsible for the external services they hire directly, and any loss or damage caused by the former.

  • Your Personal Concierge is available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to coordinate services at the villa and around beautiful Tulum. They are your personal assistants during your stay. 

  • The housekeeping service schedule is at the guest's earliest convenience. If you have any special requests, please notify your Concierge with 24 hours’ notice. 

  • Please note that we do not bill for concierge and housekeeping services but rather recommend you provide a gratuity of your liking, considering the total of services rendered during your stay.
