Our new Tulum luxury villas are located inside La Privada, a gated Luxury Residential Community with exclusive single-family homes within Aldea Zama, Tulum’s developing first luxury neighborhood, which offers our guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, yoga studios, and markets.

More than two hectares are reserved for open spaces of green areas, and narrow trails are planned to preserve nature, which is fundamental for the community.

The residential is only a five-minute drive from Tulum’s Downtown and from Tulum’s vast sandy beach, where most restaurants and hotels are. Many restaurants and shops can be found in the neighborhood as well.
