    • 30% Off Your Stay. Enjoy 30% off all public rates during the FIFA World Cup 2026. Valid for bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights and Check-in date from June 11th to July 19th, 2026.

    • If Your Team Wins. If your national team wins a match during your stay at Jashita, inform your Villa Concierge and our team will verify the result. You will receive a refund equivalent to one night of your stay.

    • If Your Team Loses. If your national team loses a match during your stay at Jashita, inform your Villa Concierge to claim a complimentary consolatory cocktail or mocktail at Pandano Restaurant (at Jashita Hotel).

    • Valid for bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights and Check-in date from June 11th to July 19th, 2026.

    • One night refund. A refund of one night applies if a team - matching the nationality on the passport of at least one guest in the reservation - wins an official FIFA World Cup match during the stay at Jashita. The refund is limited to one (1) night per booking. The refund must be claimed during the stay by informing your villa Personal Concierge and will be granted after verification by our team. The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date of claim, using the original method of payment.

Daily Private Chef

    • Daily Chef Service covers a 12-hour availability period.

    • Daily Chef Service covers up to 7/10/20 Guests.

    • Rate includes only the Daily Chef Service fee. All ingredients, drinks, and any additional items are paid separately.

    • Grocery Purchases are charged on top of the Daily Chef Service fee, and a 20% service charge will be added to the total of the grocery receipt (Min Purchase 2500 MXN).

    • An advance deposit payment is required for the groceries, payable through an online payment link.

    • The Daily Chef Service fee exclusively covers the service itself, whether it is used or not, and cannot be used as a credit to cover any food expenses.

    • The Daily Chef Service fee is non refundable, whether the service is utilized or not.

    • All services should be booked in advance with the assistance of our Villa Concierge.
