RESERVATION POLICIES

Everything you need to know before confirming your stay

    • All rates are in US Dollars per night, and subject to 21% Tax.

    • Maximum occupancy is 7 people in Villa Lea, Villa Petra and Villa Alma, children included.

    • Maximum occupancy is 10 people in Villa Virginia and Villa Fosca, children included.

    • Maximum occupancy is 20 people in Villa Imperia, children included.

    • Maximum occupancy is 21 people in Villa Eterna, children included.

    • Minimum stay is 2 nights during Low Season and High Season.

    • Minimum stay is 3 nights during Christmas & NYE Season.

    • Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is at 11:00 am.

    • Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability.

    • A Security Deposit applies.

    • The full prepayment is required before arrival.

    • To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).

    • The remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date (*).

    • You will receive an email notification when it's time to complete the payment.

    • We accept payments through wire transfer or with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). 

    • A Security Deposit of $1,000 USD applies per villa. 

    • For connecting villas, a $1,000 USD deposit is required for each villa reserved within the connecting option.

    • The Security Deposit is required 5 business days before Check-in.

    • Our Reservations Department (reservation@link2saferpay.com) will send an online payment link for the Security Deposit.

    • The Security deposit will be charged to the provided credit card, which will also be used in case of any major incidentals.

    • The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check-out, less any charges for damages if applicable.

    • We accept payments with Cryptocurrency. 

    • For payments with Cryptocurrency, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).

    • Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable and incur a 2% processing fee.

    • (*) For bookings with Check-in date during our Christmas & NYE Season (from December 20th 2026 to January 10th 2027),

      the remaining balance will be collected on September 1st, 2026. 

    • The 10% Deposit is non-refundable.

    • Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for cancellations done 30 or less days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for early departures or no-shows.

    • Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, you will benefit from a 12 months credit.

    • Prior to arrival, we require a copy of each guest’s passport.

      This is necessary to generate the personal QR codes used to pass through security and access the property.

    • Upon your arrival, our Villas Concierge will be waiting for you at the villa to welcome you.

    • As part of the Check-in process, we kindly request that you sign our welcoming Check-in Form.

    • A credit card will also be required as a guarantee for any incidental or additional services provided by Jashita Luxury Villas.

    • Rates with Daily Chef Service Included are available.

    • Daily Chef Service covers a 12-hour availability period.

    • Grocery Purchases are charged to the guests on top of the Chef Service Fee, and a 20% service charge will be added to the total of the grocery receipt (min. Purchase 2500 MXN).

    • An advance deposit payment is required for the groceries, payable through an online payment link.

    • The Chef Service Fee is $210 USD / day (1-10 Guests) or $420 USD /day (11-20 Guests).

    • The Chef Service Fee is not commissionable.

    • The Chef Service Fee exclusively covers the service itself, whether it is used or not, and cannot be used as a credit to cover any food expenses.

    • The Chef Service Fee is non refundable, whether the service is utilized or not.
