Reservation Policies

Everything you need to know before confirming your stay

    • All rates are in US Dollars per night, and subject to 21% Tax.

    • Maximum occupancy is 7 people in Villa Alma, children included.

    • Maximum occupancy is 10 people in Villa Virginia and Villa Fosca, children included.

    • Maximum occupancy is 20 people in Villa Imperia, children included.

    • Minimum stay is 2 nights during Low Season and 3 nights during High Season.

    • Minimum stay is 3 nights during Holiday Season and 5 nights during Christmas & NY’s Season.

    • Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is at 11:00am.

    • Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and an extra fee may apply.

    • A Security Deposit of $1000 USD applies when booking Villa Alma, Villa Fosca or Villa Virginia..

    • A Security Deposit of $2000 USD applies when booking Villa Imperia.

    • To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking*.

    • We accept payments with credit card or through wire transfer.

    • For Villa Alma, Villa Fosca and Villa Virginia, a $1000 USD Security Deposit is required upon booking. 

    • For Villa Imperia, a $2000 USD Security Deposit is required upon booking.

    • Our Reservations Department (reservation@link2saferpay.com) will send an online payment link for the Security Deposit.

    • The Security Deposit will be refunded within the next 15 days after Check-out.

    • To guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required. We take Visa, Mastercard & American Express. 

    • We accept payments with Cryptocurrency. 

    • For payments with Cryptocurrency, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).

    • Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable and incur a 2% processing fee.

    • *For bookings with Check-in date during our Christmas & NYE Season (from December 20th, 2025 to January 10th, 2026), a 10% Deposit will be required upon booking (non-refundable), and the remaining balance will be collected on September 1st, 2025

    • Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 61 or more days prior to the arrival date, with 100% refund.

    • No refund for cancellations done 60 or less days prior to the arrival date.

    • No refund for early departures or no-shows.

    • Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, you will benefit from a 12 months credit.

  • Following our booking policies, once you book with us:

    • #1 Accommodation Payment

      Within a couple of minutes after booking, you will receive a temporary online payment link from the email address payment@jashitacollection.com, to complete the payment for your accommodation.

    • #2 Security Deposit Payment

      Our Reservations Department, with the address reservation@link2saferpay.com, will send you a separate payment link for the Security Deposit.

    • Upon arrival, your personal concierge will be waiting for you at the villa to welcome you.

    • As part of the check-in process, we kindly request that you sign our welcoming check-in form.

    • Additionally, a credit card will be required for exclusive use in case of incidental extra services managed by Jashita Luxury Villas.

    • Daily Chef Service covers a 12-hour availability period. 

    • Daily Chef Service covers up to 20 Guests. 

    • Rate includes only chef service. All ingredients, drinks, and additional items must be paid separately.

    • For Grocery Purchases, a 20% service charge will be added to the total of your bill (Min Purchase 2500 MXN).

    • An advance payment will be required, payable through an online payment link.

    • The chef service fee exclusively covers the service itself, whether it is used or not, and cannot be used as a credit

    • The chef service fee is nonrefundable.

    • Available with a minimum stay of 3 nights and check-in during High Season.

    • Daily private chef breakfast service included for up to 20 guests.

    • Service fee and groceries are fully covered in the package rate.

    • Breakfast service time must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check-in.

    • Breakfast is served à la carte, featuring a curated selection of options chosen by the guest in advance

    • The breakfast fee is non-refundable, whether the service is utilized or not.
