A few simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Your Personal Concierge will welcome you upon arrival and provide two sets of villa keys.
In case of loss, a USD 50 replacement fee will apply for keys, beach bags, or towels.

Each villa has two parking spaces available outside.
If you arrive with an additional vehicle, it may be parked in the visitor parking area.

Your Personal Concierge is available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist with services at the villa and to coordinate experiences around Tulum.
Housekeeping service can be scheduled at your convenience. Please notify your Concierge at least 24 hours in advance for any special requests.
Concierge and housekeeping services are complimentary, though gratuities are warmly appreciated based on the services provided during your stay.

The villa and its facilities are reserved exclusively for registered guests.
External visitors may be invited only with prior notice to your Concierge.
Parties and events are not permitted, and we kindly request guests maintain moderate noise levels at all times.
The villas are exclusively for lodging purposes.

We kindly ask guests to use all facilities and amenities responsibly.
Guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, broken, or damaged items during their stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Guests wishing to smoke may do so outdoors only.
A USD 250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the villa.

When enjoying the rooftop areas, please take all necessary precautions.

Pets are not allowed in the villas.

Guests who independently hire external service providers are responsible for those services and for any potential damage or loss caused by them.
